This is the second of three exciting sessions in our European Connection Series, each with its own outstanding speaker (the other two sessions have separate registrations — keep an eye out!). This event is open for all JCI members, alumie, senators and guests!

Topic: Leading for the Future: Decide. Adapt. Lead.

Bio: Kevin Hin is an international executive advisor, speaker and business leader based in Monaco with over 20 years of experience across luxury, retail, hospitality and international organisations. His career has included seven years as Deputy Sales Director of APM Monaco, contributing to the international development of the jewellery brand. As a member of JCI Monaco, Kevin served in several senior international leadership roles including 2018 JCI Executive Vice President for Europe before becoming JCI Secretary General, leading the organisation through the unprecedented challenges of the Covid period and running its Global Headquarters for five years, from 2019 to 2024. Today, Kevin advises entrepreneurs and executives on strategic decision-making, international growth and leadership. His work centres around Enterprising Leadership: developing the mindset to make decisions, take initiative and mobilise others in uncertain environments.

Session description: In a world of constant change, uncertainty and rapidly evolving technology, leaders can no longer wait to have all the answers before taking action. The challenge is not to predict the future, but to be ready to lead through it. This session explores Enterprising Leadership as a practical approach to making better decisions under uncertainty, adapting when circumstances change, and mobilising others to move forward. Drawing on concrete examples from his international business career and five years as JCI Secretary General (2019–2024) — including leading the World Headquarters team through the unprecedented disruption of Covid — Kevin Hin will share practical lessons and tools that participants can apply to their own professional and leadership challenges.
