Enhance your EQ - Emotional Intelligence for Leaders

 

Description:

In this training you will learn about emotional intelligence and how it helps you to perform better as an empathetic leader.

You will get to know the model of emotional intelligence by Daniel Goleman and learn how to develop your own EQ in order to perform better as a leader. The training contains interactive parts and some helpful methods for more empathy and resilience to create performing teams and mental health at work.

 

About the trainer:

Markus is a professional trainer for communication and emotional intelligence. Furthermore he owns an HR company that helps companies to hire and develop people for leading roles. Since 2021 Markus is a member of JCI Germany, became president in his local organisation in 2023 and after that he was elected state president of JCI Baden-Württemberg which made him a board member of JCI Germany in 2024. Leaderhip Academies belong to his favourite JCI activities, so he joined the trainer team for JCI European Academy in 2023 and also for JCI Swiss Academy multiple times.
